    some Dell Laptops you have to take the entire motherboard out to replace the hard drive what a pain that is. Most laptops I have seen have 5400RPM hard drives

    once you upgrade to Windows 10 if you go to install it again you can skip product key you can install it on the same system and it will activate, because it is tied to the Motherboard.

    In my experience the Samsung 850 pro is faster than the 950 pro NVME.
    I have upgraded dozens of systems to SSD’s. Some laptops require a more difficult disassembly then simply removing the cover. Also upgraded a few 2011 iMacs.
    Also found Windows 8.1 to be faster than Windows 10.
