You know what Mike, you should get some small cheap hats you can give to the clients. Maybe some small beanies or maybe a baseball cap (I like the baseball cap).

speed boost your slow , laptop or pc,now !!!!
anyone can install a ssd (solid state drive) with a baby pozidrive from the poundshop,
it aint rocket science lol ,ask a friend for a genuine ( windows cd )
the crucial m500, or (any) ssd drive, for sale, at a good price ! will do,
(pc gamers love them)PC WORLD ARE DOING 60 GIG scandisk DRIVES FOR £30 (just an example)
really fast drives,
best upgrade, to any laptop or pc
very important note **************
when installing windows, make sure windows (partitions) the drive,
or you will have **** BIG PROBLEMS ****
when you get to the stage, on install ,where windows asks you where to install,
click refresh, then format the main partition, ( larger of the two shown )then install windows !
to that main partition,
windows will treat the drive as a (usb stick) and load the files to it,
you (DO NOT) ,want that,(Refresh the drive), and windows will automatically create,
a small (hidden) partition that it needs to (run the main partition properly)
enjoy your ssd take care mr tech xxx, xxxxxxxx
LETS GO OVER IT AGAIN .
INSTALL SSD (SOLID STATE DRIVE ) ( SMALL SCREWDRIVER REQUIRED )
START YOUR (BIOS) BY PRESSING THE REQUIRED F KEY DURING START UP
SET THE BIOS TO START FROM THE CD/DVD (INSTRUCTIONS TO DO IT ON RIGHT HAND SIDE OF BIOS SCREEN)
LOAD THE WINDOWS DISK BY PRESSING THE EJECT BUTTON AND CLOSING THE DRAWER
THEN PRESS F10 TO SAVE CHANGES TO THE BIOS
CREATE A WINDOWS (PARTITION) BY PRESSING (REFRESH BUTTON) DURING WINDOWS INSTALL
***WHEN WINDOWS ASKS YOU WHERE TO INSTALL WINDOWS PRESS REFRESH ***ALLOW WINDOWS TO PARTITION THE DRIVE ***
OTHERWISE WINDOWS WILL TREAT THE DRIVE AS A (USB STICK)
AND YOU WILL HAVE BIG PROBLEMS
WINDOWS NEEDS THIS PARTITION TO RUN PROPERLY
AFTER WINDOWS INSTALL GO BACK INTO BIOS
AND SET THE BOOT/START ORDER TO BOOT/START FROM HARD DISK ( YOUR SSD )
PRESS F10 TO SAVE CHANGES AND EXIT
ENJOY YOUR NEW SSD X

My mom has a dell that has been going for 4 years and still going strong, not one hardware failue. I keep the dust cleaned out and make sure everything is good. I recently upgraded the cpu and ram, got rid of windows vista and installed windows 7 to give it a little peformance boost, but other than that everything else is stock. However im planning on replacing it soon because 4 years makes me feel uneasy, kind of getting long in the tooth……

Dell sells the worst computers I have ever used. I have had 3 dell computers in the past. Two were desktops and one was an alienware laptop. Both desktops had a bad hard drive and one of the graphics card fans broke. Now the GPU fan breaking wasn’t a problem it was 3 years old it lasted longer than expected anyway. BUT, when a dell support guy came out to sell us a new GPU he said the only card that could be in the computer was a Radeon 5450. And we use to have a GT 240. I said that’s BS. There’s no way. in the end I just trashed the computer and built one myself.
Now here’s the ridiculous story. I have had an Alienware M14x R2 for less than a year. I have sent it into dell support 5 times, 5 TIMES, in the last 6 months. Each time something different broke except one time where I sent it in because the motherboard broke. I get it back within 3 hours the computer crashes every 10 minutes. Send it back in they have to replace the motherboard again. Than the battery doesn’t charge. They fix it send it back. Than the HDD disconnects from the motherboard. send it in gets fixed. Now the keyboard lights are broken the battery wont charge again and the GPU is now worse than the integrated intel graphics. I will now never suggest or buy another dell computer for the rest of my life. Its not worth it.

I’m hating the signs of podfade. Beta video tapes were superior in quality opposed to VHS but lack of content made it irrelevant. I feel I’m partially at fault for failing to donate as I feel I should have, as I have been mentored by you guys since graduating May 2013 with my AAS in Computer Networking and Support @ 43yrs. old. Since then I’ve listened to every single show published, however mid 2012 I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler and have not been able to work since.Although I’m still facing surgery, I will get better and get my business rolling, at which time I will catch up on my “dues”. Until then I do hope you guys can find a way to keep it going. Either way you will hear from me again as I have a surprise in heart for you two. You guys have been a major role in me being able to see light at the end of the tunnel as my story is near identical to Mike’s with added drama all starting nearly the same time (early 2008). I love you guys! Bye for now.
